Today was going to be a bit too easy...so I decided to make it harder =].
Convict Conditioning:
Supported Squat - 2 sets of 10
Jackknife Pullups - 1 set of 10
Gymnastics, etc.:
Skin-the-Cat (on rings) - 2 sets of 3, 1 set of 5
Wrestler's Bridge - 2 sets, 1 minute each
Front Wrestler's Bridge - 1 set, 1 minute
Handstand practice
