Here's what I did on Sunday!

Josh Vernier: I am a personal training student who has been obsessed with reaching and pushing beyond my limits since high school. I'm an outdoor enthusiast who loves to hike, canoe, mountain bike, rock climb, etc. I'm also a martial arts enthusiast with a background in both Jeet Kune Do and Krav Maga. Last, but certainly not least, my ultimate goal is to help both the busy professional and athletes at all levels (and everyone in between). My goal for this blog is to provide fitness and nutrition information to help others reach their goals, while working to reach mine as well.
